RETURN AND REFUND
Purchasing from out site is 100% risk free. All customers get a 40 day money back guarantee.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days, your return items must be received by our supplier before 30 days by your purchase date. We need 10 days to proceed the return and money back process.
The item must be unused and it has same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable, include:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before confirm it to our team.
Refunds (if applicable)
We inspect return items immediately when we receive them. First, we will soon notify you by email when we receive the item, then we will confirm to you the status and the process of the refund.
Please be note that shipping cost is non-refundable.
The refund process starts immediately prior refund approval, a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or via original method of payment, normally it takes between 3 and 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check your bank account if you haven’t received a refund yet, then feel free to contact our team at email@example.com. We would be happy to follow up the payment process.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The items are only replaceable when are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed the exchange. We will send you the address to exchange your item.
The exchange duration may vary, depending on your location, we will update the process and delivery status to your email.
We work with different suppliers, the return items should be sent directly to supplier's address. We will send you the address and you will cover the shipping costs.
We highly recommend to use trackable shipping service for your exchange and refund items. We cannot update you the status of your exchange and refund without trackable shipping.
